New Monthly expiry started for September month, lets analyse index price action for next week.

Bank Nifty Future

1) Weekly TF:

BNF Weekly

• After a small pullback to upside, BNF started to resume its fall towards downside.
• BNF is now near May month's low, which is a strong zone of support.
• This week again BNF started to form LH-LL structure which shows bearish price action.
• BNF formed strong bearish candle with close near to the low of this week.
• BNF also broke initial level of support denoted by GREEN Zone.
• Now BNF is at Fibo level 53800, which is also horizontal support zone.
• BNF has next level of support at 52850, which is also GREEN AVWAP support from swing low.
• Now BNF has resistance around 56,630 & support at 53,800 & 52,850.

2) Daily TF:

BNF Daily

Indicators: RSI, MACD, VOL (as per order in chart)

• BNF, Monday opened inside previous week's range and from Tuesday started to move lower.
• BNF broke previous support zone (GREEN Zone), and moved towards previous swing low.
• On friday BNF started new series near Fibo level of 53,800 which is FLIP zone (RED Zone).
• Below this zone there is no swing support, but next GREEN Avwap support is at 52,850.
• All the above Price Action denotes sentiment is neutral to bearish.
• Indicator:
• RSI made a new swing low near 21 and truned little higher. RSI is at oversold zone and price is at support (Neutral to bearish)
• MACD: From positive zone, MACD moved negative during last week fall and ended in red. (Bearish).
• Now BNF looks Neutral to bearish and near support, it has resistance around 54,730 and support at 53,800 & 52,800.

Nifty Future

1) Weekly TF:

NF Weekly

• Last week NF formed Bearish pin bar candlestick, which is bearish in nature and this weak followed the same sentiment.
• NF opened near previous week close and fell down towards nearby swing low.
• NF is slightly bullish when compared to BNF, still NF is above previous swing low.
• Nearby support is at 24,290 which is Fibo level and also GREEN Avwap support.
• Yet NF has not confirmed LL, LH formation after the pullback in previous week.
• NF has resistance around 25,000 and support at 24,300.

2) Daily TF:

NF Daily

Indicators: RSI, MACD, VOL (as per order in chart)

• NF opened inside previous Friday's range, from Tuesday started to fall down towards swing low.
• NF closed previous week's gap on Tuesday and by Thursday moved inside previous swing low.
• Last week NF moved in LH-LL pattern and since friday is new expiry Futures closed higher.
• Indicators:
• RSI: RSI moved lower & closed near 40, but like BNF in NF RSI didn't made new swing low (Bearish).
• MACD: MACD moved lower towards negative and closed lower compared to last week  (Bearish).
• Price: At support, RSI: Mild bearish, MACD: Mild bearish, overall can expect a sideway move.
• NF has support at 24,290 and resistance around 24,800 & 24,940.
